IBL live ratings calculations

The scripts all work and can be accessed!  I'll still be making changes to
it so don't freak if suddenly the tables turn pink or s/t funky.  You can
now select the 4 players in your division, select who won 3-0 or lost 0-3,
and see how the games affected everybody's ratings.

There are minimal explanations on each page, which will have to do for now.
As time permits I'll add more, perhaps even an online tutorial example.
Go ahead and play with it.
