¶ THERE WAS A PAIR of stained glass side door windows given to Giampa by his ever forgiving Grandmother in 1968. A few years later he became separated from these windows along with his daughter and her mother.
In 1993 the woman's sister returned the windows along with a painting of him sitting and proof reading with the stained glass shown behind. Several years earlier the mother had returned the daughter but neglected his Grandmother's dinner plates.
These same windows are installed in Giampa's present office in Prince Edward Island. So is the painting but the rest of Grandmother's plates seemed equally attractive to his last spouse.
