Few good things come with old age, it is a highly over rated perishable commodity. People say you can relax, sit back and enjoy retirement. See your old friends, talk about the old days.
Well folks, old age is not what it's cracked up to be. Try this, your face wrinkles like a prune, your eyes fail, teeth start falling out, hearing goes numb. It's not a pretty sight.
A travelling man like myself never accumulates friends. Wisely, friends have found more desirable activities to busy their little minds, knitting, burping, getting fat, bald and boring for instance.
I wonder if Ellie wants to come sailing with me?
